Glenn Prickett
Rock Creek Strategies, LLC is led by Glenn Prickett, a sustainability leader with three decades of experience in global development, corporate sustainability, and environmental, natural resource, and climate change policy and practice.
Glenn created and led corporate engagement units at both The Nature Conservancy (2010-2018) and Conservation International (1996-2009). In these roles, he led collaborative initiatives with executives at Alcoa, BP, Bank of America, Cargill, Coca-Cola, Disney, Dow-DuPont, ExxonMobil, Ford, General Mills, Intel, Marriott, McDonald’s, Microsoft, Monsanto, PepsiCo, Rio Tinto, SC Johnson, Starbucks, Shell, Syngenta, Walmart and others. Through these collaborative efforts, Glenn has deep experience in all aspects of corporate sustainability.
Glenn has also been a leader in global and U.S. public policy concerning environment, climate change, and sustainable development. He served as Chief Environmental Advisor at the U.S. Agency for International Development under President Clinton and as a Senior Advisor with the United Nations Foundation during preparations for the 2009 Copenhagen Climate Conference. He led global public policy teams and initiatives at The Nature Conservancy, Conservation International, and the Natural Resources Defense Council. He has worked extensively with UNEP, UNDP and other UN organizations over the course of his career.
Glenn launched Rock Creek Strategies, LLC in 2018 to provide strategic advice to global companies, international organizations, and investors on sustainability, with a special focus on incorporating the value of nature into economic development. As Founder and Principal, Glenn provides dedicated, hands-on advice to a small number of clients at any given time, with support from a small team of project managers and administrative professionals.
